Terms of Service

Offersly provides AI-powered mock interview practice. After you upload a resume, we use third-party large language models to generate tailored questions, score your answers, and produce feedback. Features may change over time.

You must register with a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing or harmful content; to interfere with the platform; to bypass billing, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; or to perform automated bulk actions.

Paid subscriptions (such as the Pro plan) are processed by our payment provider, Creem. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and collects payment and applicable taxes on our behalf. Billing cycles are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel.

Prices, taxes, currency and itemized charges are shown at checkout and on your invoice. We may change prices; any change will be communicated by email before it takes effect.

To cancel: sign in and go to Settings → Plan, then click cancel. Your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current period and you keep Pro access until then.

Resumes and answers you upload belong to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them in order to provide the Service, improve our product, and generate scoring reports. We do not use your resume data to train our own or any third-party models.

Offersly's code, UI, branding and prompt engineering remain ours. No copying or derivative works without permission.

We rely on Supabase (database and auth), OpenAI / DeepSeek (LLM inference) and Creem (payments and tax). Outages of these providers may affect Offersly; we are not liable for downstream effects.

AI-generated questions, scores and feedback are for guidance only and do not constitute employment, recruiting, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or scoring accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, with or without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes shall first be resolved in good faith; failing that, in the competent courts of our registered location.
