Refund Policy

We want you to get value from your Pro subscription. If you're not satisfied, follow this policy to request a refund.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
Within 14 days of your first Pro subscription purchase you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are issued via our payment provider Creem to the original payment method. Receipt typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank / payment provider.
2. Renewal Charges
For automatic renewals (monthly or yearly), if you forgot to cancel and have not used any Pro feature in the current billing period, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.
If you have used Pro features during the current period, the refund will be prorated to the unused portion.
3. Refunds Not Available
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial subscription.
- Requests after account termination for terms violations.
- Orders for which a chargeback has been initiated (please contact us to withdraw it first).
4. How to Request
Email fixedx666@gmail.com with:
- Your account email
- Order number or screenshot of the Creem receipt email
- Reason (it’s okay to say “no longer needed”)
We respond within 2 business days and, once approved, file the refund with Creem within 24 hours.
5. Cancellation Is Not a Refund
Clicking cancel in Settings → Plan stops the next renewal but does not refund what you've already paid — you keep Pro access until the end of the current period. To get money back, file a refund request as above.
